Power and circuit inspection: Before use, confirm that the power cord is not damaged, the plug is not loose, and the grounding wire meets the requirements to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment circuit.

Drill bit installation: The drill bit needs to be clamped with a special key, and it is forbidden to use other tools to strike the drill chuck.

Before replacing the drill bit, the power must be cut off to avoid the risk of electric shock.

Function test: Check if the sound and rotation direction of the electric drill are normal when idling. If any abnormal sound or overheating is found, stop immediately.

Personal protection requirements

Basic protection: Wear goggles to prevent flying debris from injuring the eyes, dust masks to avoid inhaling dust (high dust scenarios such as concrete openings need to be upgraded to respirators).

Special protection: High noise tools such as impact drills must wear earplugs (above 90 decibels).

Operating Specifications

Gripping posture: Maintain stable grip with both hands, stand with a balanced body, and prohibit one handed operation or body pressure drilling.

Drilling points: The workpiece should be firmly fixed, and when drilling thin parts, wooden blocks should be placed on the back to prevent slipping.

Apply pressure vertically to prevent the drill bit from bending or breaking, and immediately cut off power in case of abnormal decrease in speed.

Power management: It is prohibited to adjust the drill bit or operating mode while it is live, and the power should be turned off promptly after completion.
